We had a very enjoyable stay at Villa Pinel. Veronique was great to work with and very responsive to questions / concerns before and during our stay. The photos represent the villa well and the property is nicely maintained. I never grew tired of the view of the bay! The A/C in the bedrooms worked great and the beds were comfortable. I was impressed by how well stocked the kitchen was with dishware, glasses (all kinds!), and silverware. Lots of bowls, pans / pots, utensils, and decent knives for cooking too! A good array of spices and pantry staples in the cabinet. It was very easy and fun to stay in and cook dinner! It was very easy livin' at Villa Pinel!

"We had a very enjoyable week at Villa Pinel. We've rented many places in many locations over the year, and this villa is far an away the best stocked, maintained and presented we have experienced. Everything you need is there for you - it is a good kitchen for making a nice dinner, and the gas BBQ is in like new condition. Anything we could think of was close at hand.

The view is absolutely stunning -the pictures do not do it justice! Our children really enjoyed the pool, which is large and was always refreshing.

We took day trips in our car to many of the popular locations on the island (you will want a car) but enjoyed most the lazy days where we simply kayaked to Pinel Island in the morning and enjoyed the service at Karibuni. Pinel Island is a very special spot.

Veronique is running a very professional operation, it is like checking in to a boutique hotel, but the space is all yours. We will be back."

Wow! This villa was everything we hoped for and more! Veronique was wonderful to work with leading up to our vacation as well as while we were there. The villa was perfect for the 7 of us and the view was absolutely incredible! The location was perfect and we loved going into Grand Case and Orient Bay for dinners. We loved using the kayaks and went over to Pinel Island 3 times during our stay (the beach was one of our favorite)! Veronique also helped put us in touch with Chef Jerome who cooked one of the best meals I have ever had on our last night in the villa. We cannot wait to be back one day soon and would highly recommend this villa for anyone considering visting SXM.

Our recent stay at Villa Pinel was a dream. The villa is spectacular, with its awe-inspiring outdoor space and location right on the water. On one fine morning, I paddled with fish, turtles and rays in the crystal clear water in the bay right in front of the villa. We enjoyed numerous kayaks over to Isle Pinel for beach relaxation and culinary indulgence. The fresh Mahi Mahi and Snapper from the owner's son were delicious treats. Veronique is an incredible and gracious host, taking care of everything you might need. The Villa itself is gorgeous and very well appointed. The island is rounding the corner of recovery from Hurricane Irma, and people are doing great work on the rebuild. Businesses are bouncing back and there is ample fine dining as the island is known for.

Fantastic! The house was beautifully situated, fully stocked with all you need, and the charming and most helpful owner was right next door.

Wow! What a trip!! It was so hard to leave!

There were 9 of us in our group, 6 adults and 3 kids; ages 4, 7 and 8. We all had a wonderful time together cooking, swimming, kayaking and mostly just relaxing by the pool.

Veronique was fabulous- helping us arrange rental cars before arrival, suggesting fun places to go, making dinner reservations for us and more. She couldn't have been more helpful and kind to us. This is a huge advantage when you are traveling to a new location.

At Pinel Island, the beach is perfect for kids to play (calm and clear) and they have the best pina colada's we have ever had!

Depending on the night and the weather, you might get lucky and the fishing boat might pull up to the dock right below the Villa where you can buy fresh tuna, mahi mahi or local lobster- this was a big treat for our group! We grilled the mahi that night and everyone loved it!

We are already dreaming of returning to Villa Pinel for our next big Celebration! Thank you Veronique for a week of fabulous memories that we will cherish forever!
